We are located at 3017 SE Milwaukie Ave, Portland, OR 97202. (link to google maps here). We are at the east end of the Ross Island Bridge, where SE Powell and SE Milwaukie intersect.

You can purchase tickets for all Aladdin shows at www.aladdin-theater.com.

Purchase in person at the Aladdin Theater box office, Tues-Fri, 11am – 5pm and 2 hrs prior to show start on all show nights. Cards and cash accepted, no checks. Tickets purchased at the Aladdin Theater have a reduced service fee.

The Aladdin Theater does not process orders by phone. Phone orders can be made directly with Etix at 1-800-514-3849

You can purchase tickets for shows we are promoting at other venues by visiting aladdin-theater.com, and clicking on the appropriate ticket link for the artist you wish to see. These links will take you to the ticketing page for that artist.

We are open Tuesday through Friday, from 11am to 5pm. We are also open during events (hours vary). We are closed for most holidays. If you have any questions, please call us before coming down to see if we are open. 503-234-9694

There is a $2 service charge on all tickets purchased at our box office.

Will call will generally be available one hour before show time, for example 7PM for an 8PM show.

No outside food or drink is allowed into the Aladdin with the exception of food and drinks purchased from The Lamp. Empty refillable water bottles are allowed.

You can park in the lot on the South side of the theater after 7PM. There is also street parking in the surrounding Brooklyn neighborhood.

Yes, you can get to the Aladdin on the #9, 17, 19, or 70 bus. Please check the Trimet web site for more details about individual bus schedules. You can visit the Trimet web site here: http://www.trimet.org/

There is no smoking at the Aladdin Theater.

Most shows at the Aladdin are All Ages, but please double-check the age restrictions on the event page. Children 2 and under are not required to have a ticket unless otherwise noted on specific events.

Double Mountain pizza, wraps, salads, & snacks + local craft beer, wine, sodas and various other beverages are sold at our concessions stands.

The Aladdin Theater seats about 600 people.

Our photo policy is determined by each artist on the evening of the show. Please call or ask our staff before entering the venue with your camera.

Our recording policy is determined by the artist, each evening. Please call or ask our staff before entering with your recording equipment.

The Aladdin Theater is wheelchair accessible. Please call ahead of time (503-234-9694) to make arrangements for entry and specific wheelchair seating.

The Aladdin Theater policy is to not list shows on our website until the shows are officially announced.

Will call is available at the Aladdin Theater box office one hour prior to the show time itself.

Please note cancelled shows do sometimes happens (and sometimes at the very last minute). It is difficult to pass the word on about a show cancellation, but when these situations arise – we post them on our website (and Twitter/Facebook). So it is good a good idea to keep an eye open on these outlets, just in case. All ticket purchasers will receive an email with options on how to refund their purchase.
