Where is the Aladdin Theater?
We are located at 3017 SE Milwaukie Ave, Portland, OR 97202. (link to google maps here). We are at the east end of the Ross Island Bridge, where SE Powell and SE Milwaukie intersect.
How do I purchase tickets for a show at the Aladdin?
You can purchase tickets for all Aladdin shows at www.aladdin-theater.com, in person at the Aladdin Theater box office, or on the phone by calling (877) 435-9849.
How do I purchase tickets for a show the Aladdin/True West is promoting at another venue?
You can purchase tickets for shows we are promoting at other venues by visiting our web site, and clicking on the appropriate ticket link for the artist you wish to see. These links will take you to the ticketing page for that artist.
You can also visit the home page for the venue the artist is playing at or call our box office for more information.
What are the Aladdin Theater box office hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, from 11am to 3pm. We are also open during events, from about 7PM to 9PM. We are closed for most holidays. If you have any questions, please call us before coming down to see if we are open. 503-234-9694
Is there a service charge on tickets purchased at the Aladdin Theater box office?
There is a $1 service charge on all tickets purchased at our box office. An additional 3% fee will be applied to credit card transactions.
Do you accept credit cards at the Aladdin Theater box office?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards at our box office.
Do you take phone orders for tickets?
Our box office does not accept phone orders. If you need to purchase tickets by phone, please call Ticketfly at (877) 435-9849.
What time do the guest lists and will call become available for a show?
Will call and guest list tickets will generally be available one hour before show time, for example 7PM for an 8PM show.
Can I bring my own food and drink to a show?
No outside food or drink is allowed into the Aladdin with the exception of food and drinks from The Lamp. Sealed bottled water containers are also allowed into the shows.
Where do I park?
You can park in the lot on the South side of the theater after 7PM. There is also street parking in the surrounding Brooklyn neighborhood. Patrons can now park in the US bank parking lot.
Is the Aladdin Theater accessible by bus?

Can I smoke in the Aladdin Theater?
There is no smoking at the Aladdin Theater.
Can I bring my children to a show?
Most shows at the Aladdin are All Ages, but please double-check the age restrictions on the event page. Children 3 and under are not required to have a ticket unless otherwise noted on specific events.
Do you sell any food or drink at the Aladdin?
Local craft beer, wine, sodas and various other beverages are sold at our concessions stand as well as pizza and snacks like candy bars and mixed nuts.
How many people does the Aladdin hold?
The Aladdin Theater seats about 600 people.
Can I take pictures at the show?
Our photo policy is determined by each artist on the evening of the show. Please call or ask our staff before entering the venue with your camera.
Is audio recording permitted?

Where is a good place to eat near the Aladdin?
There are several restaurants in the neighborhood, the best of which is The Lamp, located right next door to the Aladdin. The Lamp offers a variety of delicious house-made Mediterranean inspired dishes items such as shawarma, falafel, burgers, craft microbrews and a full bar. Cocktails, beer, wine and all beverages can be taken from the bar to your seat in the theater!
Is there any wheelchair access to the theater?
The Aladdin Theater is wheelchair accessible. Please call ahead of time (503-234-9694) to make arrangements for entry and specific wheelchair seating.
My favorite artists’ website says they’re scheduled to play at the Aladdin, but there’s no mention of it on your website. What gives?
The Aladdin Theater policy is to not list shows on our website until the shows are officially announced.
I ordered my tickets through Ticketfly and have not received them in the mail. How do I get replacement tickets?

I placed my order through Ticketfly to pick up tickets at will call. When is the earliest I can pick these up?
Will call is available at the Aladdin Theater box office one hour prior to the show time itself.
Looking at my tickets, I see a row and seat numbers. Does this mean the show is reserved seating?
Unless otherwise noted on the artists’ page all shows at the Aladdin Theater are general admission (aka festival seating). Tickets will have rows and seat numbers printed on them *but* general admission events will have printed on the ticket (near the top) GEN ADMISSION.
A show I bought tickets for has cancelled. Where can I get a refund?
Please note cancelled shows do sometimes happens (and sometimes at the very last minute). It is difficult to pass the word on about a show cancellation, but when these situations arise – we post them on our website (and Twitter/Facebook). So it is good a good idea to keep an eye open on these outlets, just in case. Refunds for cancelled events are available at point of purchase.
What are the age restrictions of the Aladdin Theater?
