Chick Corea, Stanley Clarke & Lenny White Trio
Last summer fans and critics alike thrilled to the return of pioneering fusion supergroup Return to Forever, as they played sold out concert halls and festivals around the world. This fall, three of the group's four members are setting out again, this time under their own names, providing fans with a once-in-a-lifetime experience to witness three of the most daring and dynamic performers working today.

Chick Corea is one of the most important jazz pianists in the world, and is one of the most prolific composers of the last 50 years. From his early days withBlue Mitchell and Mongo Santamaria to his important work with the beginnings of electric fusion with Miles Davis and Return to Forever, Corea has constantly been at the crux of what is new in the jazz world.

Stanley Clarke is without question one of the greatest living bass virtuosi in the world. One of the few jazz musicians and only bass player to score hit singles ('Lopsy Lu,' 'Sweet Baby') and headline world tours, Clarke single-handedly brought the bass to the front of the stage in the early 1970s. He was a rising star when he joined the fusion collective Return to Forever, and his influence on the direction and sound of that group cannot be overstated. A winner of every major award available to him, he has worked in a number of high profile settings, most recently composing for films.

One of the great innovators of the modern drum set, Lenny White has played with virtually everyone in the music business over the last 40 years. Getting his start with Jackie McLean as an 18 year old, White soon appeared on the watershed Miles Davis record Bitches Brew, and a year later appeared onFreddie Hubbard's Red Clay before joining RTF and putting his stamp on the fusion sound that would dominate the jazz world for the next three decades.
