  • The Aladdin Theater capacity is 620. Any complimentary tickets issued will reduce this capacity.
  • Shows are all-ages.
  • All shows are general admission unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Any expenses incurred by the Aladdin Theater for catering, advertising, requested stagehands, extra security, extra door personnel, overtime (anything exceeding 8 hours), backline, barricade, passes, towels, risers, etc. will be added to the bill.
  • Door Personnel and Security Officers average two each per show, but if the House Manager feels extra personnel is required, then the theater reserves the right to hire such personnel at $55.00 a person.
  • Merchandise rate is 30% - Venue sells or 20% Artist sells
  • There is no smoking allowed in the building (theater, lobby, bathrooms, stage, etc…)
  • No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into the building.
  • Tickets will be sold through Ticketmaster and at the Aladdin Theater Box office. Renter is free to sell tickets on their own as well. The Ticketmaster settlement check is not available to be paid out until the first Friday AFTER the week (Mon-Sun) of your show.
  • The Aladdin Theater retains the right to serve all food, drink and alcoholic beverages.
  • Renter is responsible for any damage to the building, fixtures, or equipment.
  • The Aladdin Theater is not responsible for any personal property left in the hall after your event.
  • The owners do not take responsibility for the actions of your guests. It is your sole responsibility to maintain adequate insurance coverage (naming the Aladdin Theater as additionally insured) for the event and to comply with all applicable city, county, state, and federal regulations. We can provide insurance at the rate of $300.00.
  • Renter will defend the owners, their agents and employees from any claims arising out of your use of the hall for your event, including attorney fees.
  • If for any reason beyond the control of the owners, the hall is not available for your event, your sole remedy will be to have all rental fees and deposits refunded to you.
  • The reservation deposit will be retained if your reservation is canceled for any reason.
  • The Aladdin Theater is to receive 10 comps for every event, above your capacity
  • The total balance is due the day of your event. If ticket sales are minimal the total amount due must be paid before doors open.
  • The Aladdin Theater production manager is Nick Van Nood. All day of show arrangements, scheduling, etc. must be set up through Nick. He can be reached at 360.771.0466.
  • All shows start at 8:00pm (Doors open at 7:00pm) unless otherwise arranged.
  • A $750.00 deposit is required to confirm a date.
