We do not accept phone orders. Please call Ticketmaster at (503) 224-4400 if you need to order by phone.
What time do the guest lists and will call become available for a show?
Will call and guest list tickets will generally be available one hour before show time, for example 7PM for an 8PM show.
Can I bring my own food and drink to a show?
No outside food or drink is allowed into the Aladdin with the exception of food . Sealed bottled water containers are also allowed into the shows.
Where do I park?
You can park in the lot on the South side of the theater after 7PM. There is also street parking in the surrounding Brooklyn neighborhood. Patrons can now park in the US bank parking lot.
Is the Aladdin Theater accessable by bus?

Can I smoke in the Aladdin Theater?
There is no smoking at the Aladdin Theater.
Can I bring my children to a show?
Age restrictions apply for most of our shows. Please call our box office for specific questions about the show you are coming to.
Do you sell any food or drink at the Aladdin?
Beer, wine, sodas and various other beverages are sold at our concessions stand as well as snacks like candy bars and mixed nuts.
How many people does the Aladdin hold?
The Aladdin Theater seats about 600 people.
Can I take pictures at the show?
Our photo policy is determined by each artist on the evening of the show. Please call or ask our staff before entering the venue with your camera.

Where is a good place to eat near the Aladdin?
There are several restaurants in the neighborhood, the best of which is , located right next door to the Aladdin. While
does serve bar food, this is not standard bar food. The chicken
strips are made fresh, not frozen. The burgers are 1/3 pound and flame
broiled to order. And make sure to try the blackened catfish po-boy, one of
the house favorites. There are always specials on the menu, so make sure
you ask the server or bartender when you arrive. Also in the neighborhood
is the Berlin Inn is fine German food located one block East of the Theater.
There is also a Jack in the Box and a Subway within walking
distance to the Aladdin.
Is there any wheelchair access to the theater?
The Aladdin Theater is wheelchair accessible. Please call ahead of time (503-234-9694 ext 2) to make arrangements for entry and specific wheelchair seating.
My favorite artists' website says they're scheduled to play at the Aladdin, but there's no mention of it on your website. What gives?
The Aladdin Theater policy is to not list shows on our website until the shows are officially ON SALE.
I ordered my tickets through Ticketmaster and have not received them in the mail. How do I get replacement tickets?
If you do not receive your tickets within 7 days of the event, please visit the Tickemaster help link:

Ticketmaster will make arrangements to have replacement tickets held for you at the box office will call window on the night of the event.
I placed my order through ticketmaster to pick up tickets at will call. When is the earliest I can pick these up?
Will call is available at the Aladdin Theater box office one hour prior to the show time itself. Selecting the In-Store Pick Up through Ticketmaster is another option where a patron can pick tickets at any ticketmaster outlet at anytime. For a list of outlets near you click on the link: (Patrons must provide the credit card used to purchase the tickets)
To modify your previous order for this option, call Ticketmaster Cust Service (1-800-653-8000) and request In Store Pick Up
Please note picking up tickets in advance pertains to outlets only NOT the Aladdin Theater Box office.
What if I have not received my confirmation or TicketFast® emails?
If you placed your order online, log into your 'My Ticketmaster' account, click the Order History link and then the link with your order number. You will see a 'View & Print' tickets button. Click this to retrieve your tickets. If you placed your order over the phone with one of Ticketmaster Telephone Sales Specialist or our automated ordering system, you will receive an email with your tickets attached as a .PDF.
Looking at my tickets, I see a row and seat numbers. Does this mean the show is reserved seating?
Unless otherwise noted on the artists' page all shows at the Aladdin Theater are general admission (aka festival seating).
Tickets will have rows and seat numbers printed on them *but* general admission events will have printed on the ticket (near the top)

A show I bought tickets for has cancelled. Where can I get a refund?
Please note cancelled shows do sometimes happend (and sometimes at the very last minute).
It is difficult to pass the word on about a show cancelleation, but when these situations arise - we post them on our website (and Twitter/Facebook).
So it is good a good idea to keep an eye open on these outlets, just in case.
Refunds for cancelled events are available at point of purchase.
What are the age restrictions of the Aladdin Theater?
Minors Accompanied by Parent - Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is over the age of 21. Please call our box office for any questions regarding this restriction.
All Ages - Anyone of any age may attend. For certain shows, anyone under the age of 21 may be limited to the main floor, or to the balcony. Please call our box office if you have any questions.
18+ - This is an 18 and over show. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed into the venue. All patrons must present valid identification to enter the venue. Only current OLCC approved identification will be accepted.
21+ - This is a 21 and over show. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be allowed into the venue. All patrons must present valid identification to enter the venue. Only current OLCC approved identification will be accepted.
