Box Office Information

How:

• Purchase tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week directly through our web site. www.aladdin-theater.com
• At the Aladdin Theater box office.
• We are a walk up service only and do not take phone orders.
• Please bring a photo ID to pick up “Will Call” or “Guest List” tickets.
• We do not mail tickets.
• No refunds or exchanges
• You can also purchase tickets over the phone by calling (877) 435-9849.

Where:

• The Aladdin Theater box office is located at 3017 SE Milwaukie Ave, Portland, OR 97202.
• The Aladdin Box office phone number is 503-234-9694 ext. 2.

When:

• We are open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 6PM.
• Also on nights of shows starting one our prior to show time through intermission of the show.

Financials:

• We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
• If you plan to pay with anything besides cash, please bring a current photo I.D.
• We do not accept out of state checks with the exception of checks from Vancouver, Washington.
• We charge a service fee on all tickets sold at our box office of $2 per ticket. A discount of $1 will be applied when paying with cash.
• All ticket sales are non-refundable with the exception of a cancelled or rescheduled show.
• We do not offer refunds for inclement weather, unless the performers need to cancel their show.

Other Notes:

• We only sell tickets for shows at the Aladdin Theater.
